This floorplan is a south-facing open 1-bedroom style 1 bath.  This version of the floorplan is on the 2nd level only and features a large outdoor uncovered patio that is 11'2 x 21' in dimensions.  The layout is very thoughtfully put together, as there is a separation of space between the bedroom area and the living room area with a dividing wall.   A TV can be mounted to the dividing wall on either side for maximum entertainment!  The kitchen has stainless steel General Electric appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator/freezer.  There's also a gorgeous lighting fixture with glass sconces.  (we'll handle the light bulb replacements!)
